Jeff Rogers has worked in various positions for a major Japanese Electronic Component manufacturer (Omron Corporation) for the past 37 years. For the past 8 years he has served as President and COO (Americas Region) of the Electronic and Mechanical Components (EMC) business company of Omron. These roles have moved Jeff and his family around the U.S. and required traveling the globe on business. Jeff says that has provided him with “the blessing of being able to experience some amazing sites and meet so many wonderful people from different cultures.”

Jeff and his wife Karen have 6 children and 4 wonderful grandchildren. In 2009 they relocated to St. Augustine from Alpharetta, GA (Atlanta) where Karen worked for an international ministry (She is Safe) whose mission is to prevent, rescue, and restore women and girls from abuse and slavery. During those years Jeff had the opportunity to make several international ministry trips to India, Kenya, and Egypt, where he had the opportunity to experience first – hand the commitment to help build a stronger future for everyone.

For the past 10 years Jeff has served on the Board of Somebody Cares St. Augustine, and has been with us every step of the way. Jeff also sits on the board of Only Hope Prison Ministry, whose mission is, to declare the Word of God and the Gospel of Jesus Christ to the inmates of the Los Angles County Jail System, and other jails and prisons across the nation.

Jeff says “After my faith and family, I enjoy getting out and playing a round of golf, enjoying a relaxing day at the beach, as well as participating with the weekly men’s group.
