For the past ten years Somebody Cares St. Augustine has been providing backpacks to Rick’s Family and Friends for their Christmas day celebration meal.

This year it was held at the St. Augustine Armory and we provided 100 backpacks. The doors were opened on Christmas day to the homeless and less fortunate in our community and a Christmas meal with all the trimmings was provided, along with prayer and a backpack filled with essentials.

We intend to continue to support Rick in this endeavor as we seek to support those in our community who are working to be the hands and feet of Jesus in St. Augustine.
